boil up a little pan of water, and dump the instant noodles in. while its boiling, crack an egg into it.. put all the spice packets in also.. then after 3min.. drain all the stuff.. keeping the egg in.. you'll have noodles with egg.. pretty healthy.. as for the chips.. you could also scramble up the eggs and scoop it up with the chips..

I say you should scramble a small egg and microwave 1 or 2 tostitos. Instant Noodles are never healthy. I tell you to eat so little because it's not good to eat big meals late at night..Unless you just woke up, go for it!

Besides the eggs and items you mention do you have anything that you can make into an omelet. Any cheese, ham, veggies, especially potatoes.
Make a nice 3 egg omelet with fresh broccoli, Amer. cheese and some O.J. and a side of home fries.
Enjoy.

Look at the packages for those that are packaged. Read the labels. You do not want saturated fat, high calories or high sugar and certainly artificial preservatives.

i would go for the eggs provided they were fresh and had been refrigerated.

you should go to the grocery store and buy groceries! Eat what has the most protein, smallest amount of fat, and minute carbs. I would go with the eggs and the noodles!
