Try the boat trip in the Boshphore. It cruises to the islands and u can have stops there for walk, dinner and beach ...
It can be a full day trip ...
good luck,

If you can grab a car, follow the Bosphorus road on the Anatolian side. Start with the Bosphorus bridge and drive till Anadolu Hisarı, i.e. the end of Bosphorus Straits, and see the Blacksea from the fortress there. If you get tired, you can stop at random places and have a bite to eat, drink something and relax. The view is spectatular and the road is nicer than the one in European side.

Like Tanju advised you to go to Rumeli Kavağı, i will advise you to see Anadolu Kavağı. One is on European side and the other on the Asian.

There are boats going from Kadikoy and Beşiktaş.Take one of them, enjoy the Bosporus tour till Kavak, eat in a fish restaurant there and enjoy the natural beauties.

The entire city is a museum. Just go to Sultanahmet and start walking around. There are so many great places to see.
