Does anyone know a good barber in north hollywood that can cut my hair so it will be spikey and a taper?

I wanna know if anyone knows if there is a very good barber that knows how to cut spikey hair good and a taper. also someone that doesnt mess up and that can cut hair really really good. cuz so far were ive gone they cant cut hair good. o ya also that its in san fernando valley? Thanks =]

go to a salon, Super Cuts does cuts like that GOOD
