Chicken or fish?

which do you think is better, chicken or fish? My brother prefers tuna because it's the "chicken of the sea"

Fish, most definately! Especially tuna, what an absolutely delicious fish, not like chicken at all and an insult to call it the "chicken of the sea". Seared, grilled or raw tuna, hmm, yummy. :)

FISH not to be discussed.
Chicken is a hormone sponge, and in the West we eat it as a basic necessary food.
Chicken is responsible of the Obesity factor, but because of its low price and (very relatively) high protein source ?.. it is widely consumed.
FISH is a Protein store, and non fat food.
Your brother is right except that it is not very accurate to compare the fish to the chicken of the sea

It's not really a very good question, chicken might contain hormones and other nasties, and fish may contain mercury, I personally cannot stand the smell of fish cooking, although I like certain fish dishes.

I like a good properly fried chicken and can eat most of on by myself. Another of my favorites is Mahi-Mahi with an olive oil and lemon/lime juice baste. Tuna, if it is Albacore in water made as a salad with sweet pickles, onion, and a touch of mayo is good. Try chopping up part of a ripe sweet apple in it. Serve it inside a good cold tomato on a bed of romaine lettuce and crackers on the side.
