14 is too young for anyone to marry. Some state laws have provisions for 16 and 17 year old male/female couples to marry with parental consent, but the majority of states require both parties to be 18.
That is to address the age question.
As for the same sex marriage question:
Unfortunately at this stage in our society, there are very limited options for same sex couples to marry or have a civil union. The U.S. states of California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maine, New Hampshire (effective January 1, 2008), New Jersey, Oregon (effective January 1, 2008), Vermont, Washington state, and the District of Columbia (Washington, D.C.) have provisions to allow for marriage and/or civil unions for gay couples.
But either way, based on your question, no. Both girls would be too young, no matter their location..

14yo's that are the same sex can not marry. I think there are 2 states that allow for same sex marriage, but you must be a resident of that state and age limits do apply, however, WHY at 14yo would you want to get married? I am 25yo and I have been married for only 2months. I can tell you that even at 25 I still feel like i'm not ready for that responsability.(i can't even spell!) Marriage is hard, and it takes time and effort. Go to yahoo and type in marriage laws and search for the requirments.

You have to be 18 first off, 16 or 17 you'll need parents permission for both of you.
AND you need to live in a state that recognizes same sex unions...

I think you are just creating mischief with that silly question, Carl. You have just joined up and want to see if you can get any response with your first question - am I right?
