It's a matter of taste. I don't think so, I think it's too hard when you lay on it and it shakes so much when you get in or out of bed that you'll always bother your partner.

Honestly, I'm surprised they still sell them. They were such a fad in the 80's that it seemed everyone had one. Mostly they were underfilled, sloshy, and usually the settings were too hot. Sheets never seemed to fit properly and the whole bed weighed a ton so flooring had to be able to handle the weight. Moving them was a chore. Filling and unfilling took forever. There are so many wonderful mattress choices today, I would look into those first.

They're terrific! I swear by them! they are inclredibly cofortable and you can get them in different levels of firmness. Some of them are very wavy and you feel every movement you make. Others can be as firm as any mattress. So, there's a little something for everyone. I have heard that people with back problems may complain from the lack of support, but the truth is that they come in different levels of support. they are definitely great!

It depends on your personal preferences. Some people actually get motion sickness while sleeping in a water bed. Some find that it relieves back pain, while it causes pain in others. It's something you definitely have to try for yourself because it's different for everybody.

We had one for years. I loved it and slept like a baby, my husband hated it and woke up with a sore back every morning. I got up one morning to lots of water on the floor and realized my bed sprung a leak. We bought a regular mattress, husband sleeps like a baby, i wake up with a sore back. So I guess it depends on the person.
