I'm 11 yrs old and we moved to this place(not mentioning it)about 4 years ago but I really want to go back to Perth.I miss all my friends and I miss our place.We will be going in 2-3 years but I want to go earlier!My dad is looking for a job but I don't think he's too desperate to get one, I know he's trying though and I'm thankful.But is there anyway to speed up the process?

Why not sit down with your parents and REALLY tell them how you feel. I know it's hard when you are 11, but you sound very mature for your age - and I am sure they would appreciate your honestly...

sorry love, but if your parents dont want to move yet then you dont have much choice but to stay with them.
