Blood in your stool/diarrhea means you are internally bleeding, whether its an ulcer in your somach or intestines, it's never a good sign.
Fever+sore throat+runny nose could mean many numerous things. You could have a common cold, you could have a virus, or it could be something more serious. But one thing is for sure, something is definately up.
Call your doctor ASAP, tell him your symptoms espeically your bloody diarrhea. He will probably put you on antibiotics and tell you to take a tylenol for your fever. Some blood work might be done since you have blood in your stool. But nothing will be sloved if you dont see your doctor!
