I went to a doctor to check some moles on my back. He said because you have a few see a skin specialist. That one you sterched the skin and put a bandaid on it. After he finished looking at my back he said you have one there (breast) And put his hand over it.

It depends on how he put his hand over it. It could have just been a skin thing or worse. Personally I would let it go.

But don't expect much. If there is no evidence, no one will do anything. If you know anyone else who uses this doctor, then ask them if they have also had problems with being harassed.

whoa! that must have been awkward...i don't see how the moles on your back has anything thing to do with your breast. ask yourself if he/she was professional in the way they touched you.

If there was no reason for him to touch ur breast, then yes report him.
