Well i have read that the discharge is common in pregnancy, and she was tested for a pyometra and she has all her shot so i dont think she has worms. and i never saw my dogs lock together. Im just a very concerned pet owner. I just lost my rottweiler of 11 years on the the 17th so i dont wanna loose another dog and now she seems very restless like she wont stop moving around she keeps switching spots where she's laying!!

You already know she is pregnant.. Or you wouldn't say 'what has happend is irreversible' Not only that if you didn't breed her or see her breed, you wouldn't have spent the money at the vet.. Why are you asking???

How old is she? Does she have a fever? Does she drink/pee a lot, vomit, not eat as much, or act sick at all? The fact that she looks pregnant, but the x-ray showed no puppies makes me very worried that she might have a pyometra. A pyometra is essentially an infected and puss-filled uterus. Some of the telltale signs is a dog that appears pregnant, but has a white or yellowish discharge, and x-rays show no puppies.

Pyometras are very serious, and must be treated immediately. If left alone, the uterus could burst, and the pus can spread infection throughout the body cavity. When that happens, the chances of survival are very low. We've had several clients come in expecting to hear that their dog was pregnant, only to have their dog go in for an emergency spay because of a severe pyometra.

Please take your dog to an emergency center that can do surgery immediately. There is a good possibility that her life is in serious danger right now.

If there is a white discharge, she could have a uterine infection called pyometra,in which the uterus fills with pus.You need to take her back to the vet and discuss this.If it's not treated, she will die.The only treatment is emergency spay surgery and massive doses of antibiotic.I would call the vet first thing in the morning and ask about this.

Do you mean a white discharge from her nipples,or from her vagina? If it's from her nipples,it could be a false pregnancy. You need to get her spayed.

Your vet said not to worry about a possible pyometra? I'd go to another vet.Pyometra kills dogs. It's a fatal infection! You need to get a second opinion and fast!

I can`t believe that the vet couldn`t see any puppies with an Xray. If she is producing milk from her nipples and getting fatter, I`d venture a guess that she is pregnant. If u mean a white discharge from the vagina, she could have an infection, either change vets or take her back to ur vet for a thorough exam. ASAP She`s either pregnant or not, either way u had better find out what id going on.

Could be a false pregnancy, if she wasn't bred..Actually it is more common than you think..They will even produce milk.. The vet will be able to tell you if you need to do anything for that. Some you do and some you just leave alone..Good luck.

She could possibly have worms. If this is not possible then it could be her environment or change of environment. New cat or baby or dog??? These things can make a dog confused as to thier status in your 'pack'. Other wise, She may well be...just pregnant.
Good Luck
