You'll wind up in the hospital if you do that and possibly damage yourself permanently.

And for the record, you're not fat. I don't care what you think, your friends say or what you see on TV. Your BMI is well within the "normal" range. You don't need to lose weight.

Nothing. You will either start getting tired, collapse or gain weight. Why? Because your body will assume that the world has come to an end. It will hold onto those calories because it believes that you are in the middle of a famine and your life depends on it! Another side effect of starvation / near-starving is that your body starts taking the nutrients it needs from any where it can - often the teeth and bones are tapped for calcium, since your body figures better to gum your food and live than to have nice teeth in a corpse.

Now, in the first place, you will probably continue to grow taller for as many as five more years, depending on your genetics. While you think you are fat, the fact is that if you maintain your weight and grow another inch or 2, you will have a slimmer build, but that won't happen overnight. The solution is to do moderate exercise, as approved by your doctor, and to eat healthy food to meet your nutritional needs.

The biggest hazard for you is that by thinking you are fat now, you will probably make yourself fat in your future, when you are an adult and want to be slim and fit for more reasons that big dates...I certainly did.

I am 5'2" and when I weighed 125, I filled out my clothes very nicely -- men would stare and get clumsy; women would give me looks of pure hatred. I thought I was fat. My sisters told me I was fat.

I went on a full vegetarian diet, low fat, high vegetables and non-meat proteins. I began exercising every day, trying to pass the law enforcement agility test [5-mile run in 20-some odd minutes, climb a 6 foot wall, carry 120 pound bag of birdseed the length of a football field while running]. My doctor put me on a special diet with a variety of supplements to help me pass the test. When I stopped to see what what happened, I found that I now weighed 135 pounds, but I had gone from a size 12 to a size 8 because I had turned my flabby self into a well muscled beauty -- like a sleek cat.

Stop the soda pop, sugar, chips and candy. Eat a good variety of healthy food, and exercise if authorized by your MD or RN. Maybe try tai chi, martial arts or weight-lifting, when done right, it helps to sculpt muscles - you won't look like a boy... I looked like a young Dolly Parton, and got more stares than ever.

Another thing: make sure you drink enough water. At your present weight, you should be drinking about 1/2 gallon per day. Since you will probably ignore me, at least get the book listed below. The author is famous for making people look gorgeous and young.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.

However much weight you loose, you will regain after you collapse and go to a hospital with an IV.

YOU ARE NOT FAT!!

YOU DO NOT NEED TO LOOSE ANY WEIGHT.

You are still a growing child and you need proper nutrition and exercise.

I suggest you talk to the nutritionist at your school or local hospital and ask their advise for a sensible diet, and talk to your gym instructor about a sensible exercise program.

Your stated diet plan is a good way to die.
