There are many au pair matching websites online (not an agency). I found my host family via one of those websites. You will have to weed the good ones from the bad though (most are normal families but there are some scammers).

I don't know where you're from but a friend of mine is looking for someone who can start immediately (they live 20 minutes by train from central Amsterdam). They have 2 kids aged 2+ months and 2 years + and are looking for their first au pair. Let me know if you're interested.
