Why is it wrong to want revenge.on this generation of snot-nose brats.?

I AM 29 YEARS OLD I WORKED PARTIME AT B.S.JOB FOR 2YEARS.19OR20YEAR OLD GUY STARTED TO WORK WAS A FLAMING A....HOLE WHO ACTED VERY INSECURE.DID NOT LIKE MY ACCENT,THE WHY I GOT ALONG WITH THE WEMAN,AT ANY TIME I COULD HAVE BEAT HIM LIKE HE STOLE SOMETHING AND EVEN HE KNEW THIS.(BECAUSE I REMINDED HIM EVERY TIME HE GOT ON MY NERVES).INSTEAD HE REPORTED TO MY MANAGERSTHAT I WOULD THREATEN HIMOR CURSE HIM OUT.WHEN HE TRIED TO PROVOKE THE PROBLEM EVERY TIME.I LOST MY JOB OVER THIS KID AN VERY MUCH WOULD LIKE TO SET HIM FREE BUT LIKE I SAID I AM 29 AN CAN GET NOTHING FROM DOING THE KID A PUBLIC SERVICE.THE KID GOES AROUND IN A GANG(SUBURBAN GANSTER)AND HAS NO RESPECT FOR HIM SELF OR OTHER PEOPLE,THINKS HE KNOWS EVERYTHING IN THE WORLD TO KNOW AND TO TOP EVERYTHING OFFLIVES WITH HIS MOTHER .WOULD I BE SO HORRIBLE IF I JUST MADE A EXAMPLE OUT OF HIM.JUST TO LET HIM KNOW HOW REAL PEOPLE LIVE?

Just get intouch with other people you work with. I'll bet you any money you like they want him out of there aswell and will support you at every stage.
I hate these people too - the select f___wits that give all people our age a bad name (im 17).
Making an example of him sounds like a GREAT idea - even better, make an example of him infront of his 'gang' 'coz he is trying to be all tough and strong by acting like what he is. Just try not to break the law in the process LOL.
All I'm gonna say is u need to take some form of action (u could even get the cops) because you'll be doing yourself, co workers, society, and me a favour. Again try not to break the law.

Its important to maintain composure in a working environment and continually work on your inter-personal skills. Good inter-personal skills may not have helped with this bugger if he is really so bad but it would have helped you solve the situation through proper boss/colleague manipulation. As for your anger management issues, go for muay thai classes! They're an awesome cardio workout and really help relieve the stres.

Don't waste your time on this creep. Learn to take a deep breath and pick your battles wisely. At your age, and his, I doubt that he'd "learn" anything and since he's from a gang would probably hunt you down and do some real damage.
