OK as some one that lived next to someone that had 17 wind chimes I am kinda there with the noise they make.....but our new neighbors [who are a nightmare] has so far paced up and down screaming into their cell phone from 7pm till 9pm where I got wayyyyyyyyyy too many details n her sex life, it ended when I turned my sprinklers on...............mowed their lawn at 10pm with a flash light strapped to the front of the ride on.......sat out side on other peoples car at 2.30am and wondered why they was just a touch p.o.'d at them.........went down to the lake area which is ONLY reached by the houses that back onto the lake [so had to jump two fences to get there and fished and then was most upset when the old lady who's property they had rampaged thru called the police........I am waiting for the day they can not make their rent and move out...............in the 2 months they have been at the house have yet to see ANY furniture go in the house or any groceries, they also have not put any garbage out ever yet and with roughly 17 + people living in there you would think they would have some.

regards and these one set of neighbors REALLY get up my nose.

Mine came to my job and told me in front of everybody that I was the best neighbor that he's ever had and he's going to miss me when I move out. Just a little creepy.

When i was little there was a guy that lived at the end of the street that used to climb WAY up in trees and hide. I think he was trying to spy on girls. He was like 11 years old and kinda husky.

Once in winter there was a lot of snow in my town and our neighbour asked a tractor driver to clean the snow from his parking place and he told him to put the snow into our garden. All the trees we had planted on that side of the garden in the summer were ruined.

i lived ,at the time in a small apartment bldg.[7 units]. my upstairs neighbor[mary] had put some food in the oven to heat, and then went to take a long shower; she got out of the shower to find her kitchen full of smoke; she freaked out and ran downstairs naked and no towel and knocked on my door; i went upstairs with her and put out the fire and opened the windows to vent the smoke out ; she stood still naked on her porch. i told her the food was ruined ,but no damage . i told her she should put some clothes on now. instead she rewarded me with a nice evening in my apartment.[ if you know what i mean ]

Mine walked thru my (closed) front door without knocking and began searching the house for me, eventually finding me in my bedroom. Thank God I was only cleaning! She just wanted to chat. Scared the crap out of me.

Repeatedly parked in our carport, cleaned his car, left the litter where they fell and behaved as if he owned the place. Talking to the man did not do anything. I resorted to the supervisor and the illegal parking stopped.

Mine flushed a wad of paper down the toilet and tried to blame it on the occupant of another apartment. Don't ask me what possessed her to do this, I think she was deranged.
