how do i ask god for forgiveness where and how do i begin?

all you have to do is pray. it doesn't matter where as long as you are reverand and sincere. you just have to talk to God like you would to a friend. "Dear God," is a good way to start and then just tell him what is on your heart. Ask for forgiveness from whatever you feel you need it for. Just let the words flow form your mouth and your heart. God sees within your heart and knows what you mean, if you can't put it into the "perfect words".

just pray to God and tell him how you feel, do what you can to make it better and ask God for strength not to do it again. He already has forgiven you and loves you! <3 You could also consider going to confession. you don't need to be Catholic to have this awesome gift. You may be asking why you would need to go to confession when you can just pray and God will forgive you.... but if you study the bible some it will point toward this, if you pray for forgiveness God forgives and forgets totally but if you confess it to a priest the sin will completely be removed from you soul

Open your heart to Him and say where you fell down. Ask Him to forgive you and give you strength to do better. You only need to ask once God is quick to forgive. Note that does not mean satan will not through it up in your face. Since he is the father of all lies don't listen to him. If you stumble again be quick to ask for forgiveness again for your new transgression and move on. The Holy Spirit can get you through any thing.

Open you heart and be humble like a small child. Talk to God just like you were talking to another person. Surrender yourself to him, he will take care of you and your needs. He knows what you need before you even ask. Confess to God that you are a sinner and want his forgiveness for your sins and that you want him to come into your life to lead and guide you in the path that you need to take.
After then spend time with God read his Word. I don't think church is nessesary but it is good fellowship.

Repent, for whatever it is on your heart that you remember - ie. God I am truly sorry for x,y,z and I want to follow you to keep me from x,y,z. Please forgive me....
Its that simple and then go and sin no more (or if you do repeat the process, but hopefully as you get to know God better you will sin less and the Holy Spirit will help quicken you to do the right thing...

"today is the day of salvation". God will forgive you this very moment for all the sins ever commitment in your life time. The only time it will be too late is when you die. If you have accepted Christ- He has already forgiven you, just confess the unconfessed sin and He is faithful to forgive. If you have never accepted Christ as your payment for sin, do that and all your sins in past present and future have been nailed to the cross.

By means of praying alone. and when you pray it is within your heart that you are asking forgiveness of what you have done wrong and promised that you will not do it again for the seek of faith to him.

First of all send Him a KNEEMAIL. He loves kneemail!
Confess that you are a sinner and have fallen short of His divine glory. Then ask Him to wash you clean of all iniquity and to lead you in paths of righteousness. He will hear your prayer ONLY if it is made in the name of His Son Jesus Christ!
