As far as Bush, the Franklin Cover-up led to his back yard.

A real man is filled with honour and integrity, and does what it right not for profit but because of his honour and integrity.

So long as there are repukes who care little about those things, and only want power and money, they do anything and everythign they can to take focus on the true values that make a real leader.

Besides -- the real men are out fighting in uniform!!
They are EARNING their freedom of speech and protecting everyone elses freedoms!

Our thoughts and our prayers go out to every man and woman with enough courage to protect the freedom of others..

P.S. Hey SHAWN G -- do you really want us to get into Bush's AWOL and failed National Guard enlistement?

P.S. for Lavadog down there

what kind of republican robot are you.
Its a man of integrity who dares question questionable orders, and has the internal fortitude to stand on the side of what is a just command, and makes the right decision.

Unless youre some idiot who doesnt know or care about right from wrong?

Either way, shut YOUR Pie hole cause you sound like exactly like someone who doesnt know what the words integrity and honour mean...and YES, you can be a soldier and still not know the meaning of those words.
Like it seems in your case

11b!
All the way!

Baby rapers?? I think your question alone was enough for any intelligent person to understand your intent. You did not need to qualify the question, especially with something as ridiculous as baby rapers.

But to answer your question....well, it is certainly not a simple answer.

By your definition of real men, I suppose you would want John McCain in office. Nothing wrong with that, he has proven to be a real man, and has the political background to qualify him to serve as POTUS.

I was never a fan of Bill Clinton while he was in office, it was only after he left that I realized he did a hell of a job. We were all better off with him in office and he was spoon fed sissy, I suppose. He was a real man in the sense that he could not keep his little president from saluting the help. So not sure where you would put him.

I was about the only guy I know way back when that thought Ross Perot would make a good president. I now think that my thought process was a bit flawed. I just wanted someone to come in and actually run the country from a business standpoint, thought he could do that. Clinton certainly proved to be better at this.

Most real men do not get educated at Harvard and Yale. These guys we have running the country do. While the education I am sure is top notch, I have to say that all the college I have had really has not become relevent in my career. A small bit, but I truly believe I could have done as well a job with no college. But that is just my situation. I make good money and have a very good job that pays well, with lots of people coming to me for guidance and leadership...but I am not running the country. And I did not go to Harvard or Yale.

Hard to make my point here in a breif manner. But I will try.

We need a certain amount of silver spoon highly educated people in government, but we also need the real world, real (wo)men type people as well. It is just unfortunate that somehow we have allowed the spoon feds to continue to support each other and keep the real (wo)men out.

I have to stop now otherwise, I could keep going and going....

The problem is that physical combat, or as you suggest, "baby raping," does not qualify one to run a country. Historically, the study of law has turned out the more successful presidents, and such a career lends itself more towards the, as you call them, "spoon feed sissies." I assume you meant "fed." Also, running for president requires a great deal of money, another thing that baby rapers and "real men" tend to lack.

I still contend that the career that would make the best president would be an engineer. They are trained to solve problems, and I believe that that's what America needs, at least right now.

is it possible for an idiots to come up with a good question? Every president we've ever had has been a man, they are also real. If someone was a baby raper they would not qualify to be president, so that comment was just as retarded as the question.

Lets start paying these politicians on the merits of the things they do and not by the ideas they have.
Or they can get paid by the hour just like the rest of the 5.6 billion hard working people in the world.

I am accepting write in votes for the '08 Presidential race.

It IS possible, but incredibly difficult to achieve. There is a candidate for the Republican party (I know, I know!) who's everything you just mentioned. His name is Ron Paul. He's served in the war and was one of the only people to vote no on the War in Iraq. He's voted NO on more taxes, NO on the Patriot Act (which allows the government to spy on us), NO on internet censorship, and NO on the National ID (this one's where they microchip us for "safety" reason's...anyone else think mark of the beast?"). He has never taken an increase in pay, and even gives some BACK every year. Everyone in his party thinks he's a quack, but if you listen to him on youtube.com, he sounds like one of US. It's amazing really. Look him up on the net if you want proof. I've NEVER voted before, but as a young American, I was moved to register this time because he makes you realize what rights we could be losing if we don't act now. Sorry to go on and on, but for an easy lesson on him, go to Ihateronpaul.com. It's comedic, but informative. Thanks for listening guys!

its less about masculity and more about being an 'adverage joe'.
and no we will never have that. even now many candidates are doing great in the debates but not getting enough money so they are ignored. these people are already rich, how is a non-rich person suppose to compete.

We don't need a man, and we have had too many men in the Presidency. We need a woman's hand and a special woman at that!
