She had her license taken away because she is 93 y.o.a.
Does that mean she still has insurance on the vehicle?

Also, I do have a license, and am ONLY INSURED for MY car not hers. Should I be concerned if a cop pulled me over?

Would it go on my name for the driving record, and would my insurance go up?

If the cop pulled us over and I drove her car, whose license, and insurance would he ask for? Mine or hers.

In California

As long as you are licenced, the car is insured, and you have permission to drive you are legal. As where the insurance card is, as you need to show it if you are pulled over, and you don't want to be driving an uninsured car anyway. If she hasn't renewed insurance, don't drive the car!
If you are driving, he asks for your licence, and if you are in her car, he asks for her insurance.

If you have a valid licence then it won't matter if a cop pulled you over but if you now have the car the insurance should be in your name (it probably isn't insured for you anyway right now).

But you really should speak to the insurance company.
