The meaning doesn't get lost in translation from Arabic into any other languages for a few reasons.
First, the original Arabic is still intact and spoken and understood by millions in the world, so it is a language very much alive.
Secondly, religious scholars since Islam's beginnings have expounded and elaborated all the verses in the Quran.
Thirdly, the Hadis literature or Oral Tradition of the words spoken by Muhammad is also intact and made as cross-refernces to verses of the Quran.
A lot of religious terms mentioned in the Quran has also been explained in detail by the religious scholars, so chances of these terms being lost or misunderstood is actually prevented.
Find Ibn Katseer's exegesis of the Quran it comes in a few volumes and details almost everything of the situation surrounding the revelation of all the verses.
So the true message of Muhammad pbuh can never get lost.

Well, it was originally written on pieces of palm sticks and on small white stones. I don't think they still have those original items. It wasn't written down until 25 years after Mohammad died by 4 men who had memorized what he said. Who can know for sure if what they wrote was 100% accurate or if they didn't forget to write down some things or maybe they missed a few stones?

They have blackened hearts and you will never wake them I tried and its impossible because they are SEALED TIGHT!
The guy with the bone in his nose in the jungle is going to be in heaven long before they or any of us will that is a for sure! At least he never said anything bad to anyone or his lord! HE IS BETTER THAN YOU 100000X A SECOND!
