Yes, it Does work.
If you buy on the Internet, you have a choice to also buy the DVD that comes with it, or there are instructions that come with most kits.
Remember that if it does not come with a Pump, then you willl have to buy that too.
Buy a good strong one, and also make sure that you buy according to your height.
They have charts that you can look at to see which number is right for you.

It works...but its not gona make you lose any belly fat.
if you want to get a flat stomach/six/four pack they key to that is lowering body fat percentage which you achieve by healthy diet (which is 80% of the whole fat loss) and cardio - 4-6 times a week for average of 45min
