I'm a little confused by your question. Do u mean after the president is dead, then the vice president takes over. If the vice president dies then the Speaker of the House takes over, then Secretary of State, other sections, the cabinet, Supreme Court and then I forget the rest but there are plenty of positons to take over if that happens
