i am a poor student if i get rank in top 100 aieee 2008 will any ngo,govt body,come forward to help me pay fee

candidly you do not need any body's assistance if you can get a rank of double digits.for that matter even if you get three digit rank.you can get educational loan from any bank (unless you are below 18 yrs of age.). the problem you face is to pay initial fees like application fee,counseling fee before actual admission, traveling expense to counseling center etc.
it may be a bit out (not) of place - if you are as good as you are projecting -you should not fail to take a crack at JEE & BITSCAN tests. if you get admission on the basis of these tests in any of the institutions who use these test as a basis for admission then, your problem will vanish like thin air.

There are many student loan lenders.Before you go for one check the rate of interest and also see that the lender is a legitimate one.
Don't pay any money to get the laon. You can also try for some scholarship online.
