Im so tired of people that think they are so uppedy and mighty and go to church on sundays and wed. and say they are christians until the bible says something they dont agree with, then its ok to just forget that part of it and make something up out of nowhere. Why would people call themselfs christians and then just defy there all mighty book that way. Its like there saying Im a christian.........well the part I like about being one anyway......no not that part I dont believe in that part......o no I dont think it should be that way........o well............

O and just to be clear, i am not a christian and have never said i was. i think that its all a bunch of hokey pokey and i think it was all made up by a bunch of old men because they wanted to do things and treat people there way and this book lets them do as they please. i think people who need religion are week minded people. i think it makes it easier for some people to deal with the loss of a loved one. its all good if ya wanna be a believer. Unless jesus himself appears before my very eyes and reaches though my body and touchs my heart (for real) which will never happen, I just cant see me ever being a believer.

Because they are yet to realise they are Spiritual not Christians
And the Bible had the best parts of it Taken out
And the rest was interrupted to suit the Churches
To control the people with Fear

Being a Christian means "living with Christ. Not all people who go to church and believe that there is God can be called Christians. Those who have only the right to be called Christians are those who accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior in their hearts of course that teaching is on the bible or the holy word of God.If they are true Christians they must believe on the bible but if not they are just prophesing.

Church is for all sorts of people including non Christians, my husband who is a non believer used to go with me every week, I know my parents went and were not... It doesnt mean you are a Christian to go to church. I know plenty of Christians who go out of the way to follow Jesus and do what it says in the bible. Im sorry you dont know them but perhaps if you join bible study, you will get to know some and perhaps come to know Jesus yourself. Church is a nice place to be and lots of people feel good after they go and feel some encouragement from the message. Jesus said that He came for sinners not believers because it is the sinners that need God. So what part of the bible are your friends ignoring that bothers you so much. God knows what people do in secret and there are consequences to sin. perhaps they will find out the hard way, Christians arent perfect even though we are all trying to be Christ-like.

The answer to your question is in the same book that you cite.
There will come people who will claim they are the son of God and lead many to the wrong path. False prophets, false witnesses. Its all there.
Problem is some people cant discern which is the right one and which is wrong simply because they dont want to change the ways that they are born with or grew up with. Even if they do, they follow the false ones therefore leading to their claim that they are christians because they belong to what they thought is a christian group.
Whatever you call yourself does not matter much as long as what you believe and do in pursuance of that belief is according the thy word.

What you are seeing are what I call church Christians. People who's parents took them to church but they have never been born again. They are happy to do what the church says and stop there. I pray that those who are unsaved will here the truth and love of Gods plan and accept Him into their hearts. Note this is as much the Church's fault as any ones since they are in church but never have a minister give an alter call and explain the gospel to them.

I am a gnostic christian... but just because I don't follow the bible and live life e completely free of sin doesn't mean, and I guarantee you this, that I do not love God with all my heart nor do I have any doubt that I will go to heaven. Plus as Christians who are we to judge others and the way the practice there beliefs isn't our almighty God the only one who can truly judge!

JESUS will stand before you or rather you will stand before JESUS but it will be to late on that day. I know of the type witch you speak , many think they are Christians sadly, singing hymns and then getting in the car and telling each other hurt-full things, or hiding stuff when people come over FAKES all of them and i must confess sometimes I to fall or fail however you want to look at it. I wasn't raised in a church in-fact i was raised in or on battlefields of pain and sorrow and learned to kick claw and do what it takes to survive and yet when i took the time to search GOD revealed Himself to me and He will do the same for you just seek and those of whom you spoke let GOD have em .

it consistently amazes me whilst human beings talk of the previous testomony and think of that that's basically the regulation of Moses. What with reference to the guidelines given to Noah or Abraham? God further regulation after each and every considerable experience as guy matured interior the be conscious. the form of Christ's dying grow to be the focal area of the Bible. we can not do with the aid of fact the Israelites have been commanded with the aid of fact the sacrifices have been incomplete. we are on the different area of the go and in a sparkling Covenant with God. it particularly is a worldwide covenant, no longer the previous one that grow to be with one united states.

Those that claim to be Christian but do not follow the Bible are fooling only themselves, even many Churches have turned away from the Bible which is sad, but Jesus warned it would happen.,
