I was in my house, talking to these people (I dunno who)
then suddenly a huge wave came into the house and pushed me into my brother's room.
Then my brother started calling Flora (a friend of my family) and then he called a taxi, I was waiting outside for someone to put me in a taxi, but then I saw my brother and his two friends drive away in it without me, then I started crying my head off.
Then I woke up.

I'm 15; just in case it has something to do with age too..?

no brainer
you feel left out as if you have no real control in your life you are bieng dragged waiting for someone to put you in the taxi. you just come across as helpless. then there is your older brother who seems more independent and it seems that you want to be near him for some reason maybe for shelter, protection, a sense of direction. and finally you feel left behind for probably a lot of reasons. now i can do a better job if i actually knew you.

dreams are open to a wide variety of intepretation...being that you are the one most familiar with yourself, you would be best at the interpretation, so learn how.
other then that, strangers are common, the wave represents a huge personal change. your brother was there to ' balance,' the equation, as was your neighbor. seems the entire universe operates on a balance, good vs. evil and so forth. anyway, i do not understand why someone was going to ' put you in a taxi,' unless it was a gentleman friend. and the left behind feeling is also relatively common...you missed the boat, so to speak.
you rely overly on others for your happiness...create your own.
perhaps, this is the change represented. you've seen a relationship between your neighbor and your brother that you do not fully understand. perhaps a conflict.
and i hate to sound like your mother, but do not talk to strangers, observe then until they become relatively familiar...then they will not be strangers anymore.

For some reason God wants to reveal something about your brother to you that you are either not aware of, or not willing to see. The wave represents truth and revelation, that's why you were pushed into your brother's room. So, you can see the true selfish nature of your brother.
