Can you get arrested if you go streaking and someone sees you?

yeah...lol.....and about 6 of my friends have gotten arrested for it ....Hey, what can i say?... we know how to have a good time.....but im the one who knows how to get away too....lol cheers

Yes. It's called indecent exposure and you will get arrested. The judge will probably make you pay fines and court cost. maybe possible probation. I think it's a misdemeanor.
However if there is little kids that happen to see than my guess would be you could be in some serious trouble.

sorry but this is just not a real question because streaking involves balls brass ones and when you have em you dont care if you get arrested which you very well could. so either you have em or you dont.
i say you should do it anyway.

If you are a teenager, they will bring you to your house naked so that your parents can discipline you.
If you are not a teenager, what the heck is wrong with you? Grow up!! Your college days are past.
Did you hear about that 40-something reverend that got busted jogging naked? He was arrested.

Yes someone would have to see you. If no one saw you how could they arrest you?

The definition of indecent exposure requires the intent to sexually arouse. Streaking is just nudity and thanks to Berkeley's "naked guy". You only risk getting a cold.

Yup, indecent exposure. Slapped with a forfeiture and sent home....clothed.
You would only be arrested if you were drunk and you were publically intoxicated. Depending on who saw you, you might be arrested for disorderly conduct.

It depends on what state you live in. In Illinois, for example, you can be naked outside all you want, so long as it's not with the intent to incite sexual arousal.

Yes, indecent exposure as well as disturbing the peace could probably be sited.
