You could try this yourself, it's a sure way to find out and is the way an animal doctor would to it too. Take kitty and put her on a table. Gently take her by the scruff of the neck and hold her up to where her hind legs are on the table. Gently feel around her belly. If you feel little hard, round things. Those would be the babies heads. Scruffing won't hurt the cat, it just shows that you are in control of the situation. Momma cats carry their babies from one place to another by taking them be the scruff of the neck. I hope this advice helps you out a bit.

Pregnancy in cats usually lasts about 9 weeks (63 days), give or take a bit. They will tend to 'show' abdominal enlargement at about 5 weeks. Nipple enlargement is a fairly reliable sign; late in pregnancy (about 7 weeks) a ring of hair will fall out around each nipple as the mammary glands underneath start to swell.
There are few reliable early signs of pregnancy; the kittens are visible on ultrasound at about 3 weeks, but who ultrasounds their cats? A skilled person (such as a veterinarian) can sometimes feel uterine swellings as early as 4 weeks.
In any event, now might be the time to start planning her nesting box and care while she's nursing - and schedule a spay down the road.

She may be acting more affectionate than usual. She may even roll around and want you to rub or take notice to her tummy. Indulge her urge! If your female cat has been suffering heat cycles every 10 days to two weeks, and suddenly stops, it is very likely she is pregnant. Also her nipples will swell and become rosier in color. Breeders call this "pinking." A pregnant cat will show an increased interest in food. After all, she is not only eating for herself, but for several foetuses. She may be subject to a few bouts of "morning sickness," much as human mothers-to-be. This in itself is not cause for alarm, but if it continues or is frequent, veterinarian intervention is needed. Sometime around the fifth week of pregnancy, your pregnant cat's abdomen will start to swell noticeably, and it will continue to enlarge until time for birthing. This is not an early sign of pregnancy, but as the time for birth approaches, your pregnant cat may seek out quiet, private places for birth to take place.
If possible, take her to the vet and they'll tell you for sure.
Hope This Helps!!!

Feel kitty's stomach. Does she seem 'thicker' than normal? As pregnancy moves forward, she will just keep getting thicker until she actually starts looking fat in the stomach. Please don't pick her up by her tummy if you think she may be.
Often there are minor behavioral changes in the animal too, you may notice them if you are in tune with your cat.
You can also take her to a vet and have an ultrasound done to verify the presence of kittens that are too small to palpate.
If she is further along, you can palpate gently on her tummy to feel the kittens.
Cheers

She'll want pickles on top of her cat food. I think you have to see a vet to know for sure. You really can't tell until towards the end, then you can feel kittens in there. She'll get really affectionate & start building nests everywhere.

Towards the middle and end of their pregnancy, they will start to get quite round in the middle, and the nipples will enlarge and stickout. The last few weeks, she will eat a lot more than usual.
