Unless you are using some strange, toxic fluid, wetting a mole will have no influence on the chance of it becoming cancerous at a later date.

Allowing a lifetime of toxic polutants to build up by not showering would be a bigger risk factor!

No. Whether it is wet or dry has absolutely no impact. Look for changes. Check out sites regarding photos of various skin cancers so you know what to look for.
