i have already read the owners manual and i dont care that i spelled digital wrong and yes contacting by calling them or something would work great but like i said they dont have a customer service on their site other wise trust me i would have talked to them already and trust me i would make it worth it but since they dont have it on their site i have to come here to ask any body if they know whats wrong with it so before you leave a smart alic comment dont because youll just make yourself look like an a**

Sounds as though its in "night mode", which would explain its failure in daylight conditions. Go over the manual again and see if there is a "default" setting. That should return it to normal operation.

It might be time to consider a new camera.

maybe you need to call the company and ask what is wrong with the camera, maybe it is defective and you can get it exchanged.
