Will i be able to join the military?

Question

Today at Magic Waters ( a water park) I ordered a Funnel cake. There is this black gentleman that takes it from me. Before he took it, I calmly said " Sir,excuse me but that is my order." The man says " So what?!" Then spits on it, clarifying that it is now his. In utter disbelief I say " B*tch, I'm gonna kick your @ss!" I proceed to do so. Now I have an assault warning from the police.
Can I still become part of the U.S military?

I feel really bad about what I have done. (not to the person) the fact I got caught beating him. I still regret my mistake. I am not a delinquent what so ever. I get good grades, go to church, and are one of the few people in my classroom that says the pledge of alligence.

By the way. I am 15 years old. The other person was 15 also.

I was going to say, "what happened to your discipline", but then you mentioned your age..,the water park will most likely drop all charges, dont worry about it, lesson learned, next time shove the cake down his pie hole.

That is great. Kicked someones butt over a funnel cake. Next time show a little restraint. You should have just told him that by the looks of him he needed it worse than you. More important issues than a funnel cake to fight over, but being 15 I guess that explains the reaction.
Now to your question: No it will not affect you joining the military.
Just show more restraint over that kind of B.S.

Don't worry about it at all. Don't take this as a free pass to go commit other crimes, just saying that this is nothing that will keep you out of the military, really not even a question. Unless you want to go to the Air Force..they seem to only want people who have never had any blemishes whatsoever on their record.

But being 15, you will be fine.

I dont think you have an issue just as long as it is the full story. Most people would have did the same thing. If you join the service you need to handle the situation in a different manner and a little restraint.

Do you have a law in your state or town which covers provoking speech and gestures (sometimes know as "fighting words"). If so then tell the judge what happened. You should have the charge dismissed.

@ Chuck W initially I purely prefer to declare...Do you somewhat think of that super female homosexuals (purely like super female women human beings) could prefer to connect the army understanding okay of those circumstances. there are various immediately adult adult males who chosen to no longer connect the militia for those motives already. additionally, how approximately lesbians. i've got met some lesbians in my lifestyles that are far extra masculine than assorted adult adult males that i understand. Why is it that they do no longer look to be allowed to connect (considering that your reasoning is predicated off the stereotype that homosexuals are extra female...)? Now, to respond to the question...I agree that it does appear as if discrimination. I trust what Jason B mentioned. in the event that they're keen to combat and die for our united states then they could be waiting to serve our united states.
