I have skin that looks like, well, chicken skin, so that's what I call it. My sweat glands are much whiter than my skin tone, and people always think I have goosebumps. I'm wondering if anyone else has skin like mine?

What you are describing sounds like keratosis piliaris.
Use a lotion w/ lactic or glycolic acid (AHA/BHA).
ex) Lac Hydrin, Eucerin Plus Intensive Relief Lotion

In my opinion I think i have that to it started of like dry and now that whole area is just like pale and you can see little pore like things. I've been putting lotion on it each night but so far nothing has helped. If this is what you have put some neosporen on it so it won't get infected and if you need to cover it up. put some light weight mineral makeup like Bare Minerals it will cover it right up
