You should research anemia. I had that before (it's low iron levels...easy to take care of, you just take an iron supplement everyday for a while)...they sound like the symptoms I had--all except the nausea. Good luck!

You need to see a Dr!

It could be something minor, but could also indicate some form of toxin or poison has got into your system.

You need to get an accurate diagnosis.

Better to err on the side of caution.

you could be having a panic attack, they can come on suddenly and seem to take over. You really need to see a Dr/ to rule out heart or other problems. Are you having other symptoms?

A number of things: something as simple as anemia or more complicated like diabetes or thyroid disease or panic attack.
Have the dr check you out

sounds to me like toxic shock syndrom (tss) but i may be wrong....
