The antennae is plugged into the back of the stereo. I don't know what else to try. It's only about 2 yrs old.

Check the two fuses that supply radio power, sometimes they fall appart inside due to vibration and mus be replaced. If you don't want to upgrade to HD today, take it to a car stereo repair shop and ask for an estimate.

Check the other end of the antenna cable - is it attached to the antenna whip?

Check to see if the antenna is grounded. Try another antenna.
