I don't want to pay for any thing. I just want to clean off the computer so it would be just like i bought it. I don't want to use the system restore because that doesn't work. I don't have the vista CD to re format itand i do not want to buy one. There must be a solution to this... don't say there isn't. I just want a way. I want the computer to still have windows vista though... don't get me wrong. I can't access the internet with the laptop. And theres a poblem, it keeps says the internetexplorer is gone bad and restarts it and i can't go to my computer because it keeps restarting every 10 seconds, but it stays on! SAFE mode won't work because it the same thing...
Please help!!!

Try calling technical support or use backup status and configuration.

Very few computers come with a restore disk anymore. Ususally it is placed on a serparte partition on your hard drive. You should see what appears to be a second hard drive under My Computer.
Check any documents you have to see what you need to do to access the partition.
You may need to go to the manufactures website or call their tech support.

use firefox
check and clean the viruses in your harddisk
update windows on line
clean the unnecessary files such as games, temp files
goto desktop, power options, select always open.
internet connection can be established.
