Doesn't matter to me, I love Nascar and that is it! fooie on the people who don't and want to call us hicks...
Besides they just don't know what they are missing. Right?

I am not ashamed of being a hick,I've played hockey,rodeo'd,played baseball,I've tryed a lot of sports and was not bad at some of them.I grew up in the country,I live out there again ,now that my traveling days are behind me.My point is that I've been around and I've seen more and done more than the city-isolated people who call me hick.It no longer bothers me when supposedly sophisticated and intelligent folk ( most of whom have never been more than 50 miles outside the city limits ) claim to be more well informed than myself.If they choose to cut themselves off from something as exciting and enjoyable as NASCAR then let them.They probably don't like sex either.

I am tired of people get on nascar section and down us for loveing nascar. I do not mind being call a redneck, i was born and rased to say yes maam and to say grace before i eat also i know how to fish for food and shot a gun,if that is a hick or redneck that is me!!!! I agree with you they are morons.

There is always some truth behind these accusations - just the same as when these insightful people decree that NFL is ludicrous to be called FOOTball when the ball is clearly in the HANDS 99% of the time.
Moronic or not WHAT ABOUT THESE SUGGESTIONS?
NFL should be correctly renamed TFR: Throw Forward Rugby
NBA should be correctly renamed BNFB: Bouncy Netball For Boys
MLB should be correctly renamed GCSAR: Gum Chewing Steroid Abusing Rounders

These people want to start something and when they use the varius terms they use and make comments they do they are just showing they have nothing to say or do and figure if they harrass or put down the open market institutes of this country they make themselfs look big.
So ignore them or harrass them back just don't discredit NASCAR.

The only reason they think this is because they are close-minded, stereotypical a**holes who don't know the REAL NASCAR fans. They don't REALLY know who the fans of the sport is.

The more we answer, whether to explain or defend or retaliate, and the madder we get, the more satisfaction they get. I know the impulse is strong to fight back, but c'mon, be strong and skip their Q&A. they get no satisfaction if we ignore them.
