Arsenal- or ''cache of high-powered weapons''... love it.
Who would collect a cache of low-powered weapons?
As far as the amendment is concerned, no limit was listed.
the first definition of arsenal is ''a place where arms are manufactured.''
So that's wrong.
you can bear as many as are legal for you to own [no nukes]
and afford.
S.P.- re-read the second amendment...a well guarded militia?
No. In the day, the arms mentioned were PRIVATE as we had just won our freedom from Britain. It was always intended to protect private ownership.

Five guns is an arsenal? So, what if you have a couple hand guns, a some hunting rifles? You dont' carry a shotgun to hunt everything.
You would have to check your local laws on that. they will vary from state to state. However, if you collect guns, then it isn't an arsenal.

The 2nd amendment gives the right to bear arms for a well guarded militia. It is now used to defend private gun ownership of almost any kind - there is no limit to how many guns one person can own.

You have to remember that most of the media is left-biased and therefore pro-gun control. Thus, any number of guns is considered an "arsenal" (it also makes a great buzz word) and laws must be placed so that the majority of law abiding citizens would be considered criminals if the own them.
You should have as many guns as you want as long as you obey the law.

You have the right to "Bear arms". Each citizen is entitled to mount a single pair of bear arms on their wall.

There are no limits as set forth in the Constitution.
In fact, the only real limits set forth in the Constitution are limits on what the federal government can do, all other rights are left to the states (ie, the people).

Not over here. If an intruder breaks in and rapes your wife and kills your kids and you fight back and kill him, you go to prison. It is a bad and evil thing to defend yourself and your loved ones in Ole Blighty. The criminals and squatters have more rights that the citizens paying outragous taxes to support the socialist government.
