I know this error is because of admin, but i am admin! I'm the only account on my computer and I'M ADMIN! help!

You need administrator-access to your machine to install CDC. Try shift-rightclicking on the installer and select "Run as..". Input the administrator-user and password. Or you could just log in as a user with full administrator-rights. " ....
