i think your mom needs to be more kind to you sorry to say this but she was being a tad bit bitchy. a good way to loose weight fast though is to get a seventeen magazine go in the back to the heath section and the work outs work wonders! i lost tons of weight from doing them before! lol it doesnt sound real but it works. you have to do more than one though and compleat the whole thing. i dont know if they have it on there but you can go to www.seventeen.com good luck!!

Your Mom might have good intentions, but I really am mad at her for saying that to you.
Here are some good ideas:

Losing weight:
1. Do something that gets your heart rate up a bit like, walking, running, biking, and swimming.
2. Eat Whole, Organic foods like: Broccoli, Cabbage, Organic Brown Rice, Spinach, Sweet Potato, Apples, and other fruits and vegetables in their Natural State.
3. Avoid eating corn, white bread, white rice, candy, sodas, chips, and anything else that you already know you shouldn’t be eating.
4. Drink clean water as your beverage of choice. Avoid Fruit drinks and fruit juices (unless YOU juice them yourself)
5. Stop smoking, drinking beer & wine, and drinking coffee.
6. Get 8 hours of sleep each night.
7. Hang out with people who want to be healthy.

Tone up the muscles:
1. Join a gym and get a trainer.
2. If you’re short on cash, start a light stretching & yoga regimen.
3. Do push-ups, and light dumbbell curls for the upper body.
4. As I said above, walk, run, swim, and or bike.
5. Take an aerobics class, a yoga class, or some other fitness class.
6. Join the local YMCA..

Mental Health:
1. Get a friend to talk to each day about your feelings.
2. If you have some money or insurance, get a counselor to talk to.
3. Learn how to meditate.
4. Join a support group for the issue you’re dealing with.
5. Ask your Higher Self (or God) for guidance.
6. Start keeping a diary or journal about your feelings & thoughts.
7. Write a ‘gratitude’ list every night.

haha, the old diet and exercise! You prob can't lose all that by september, cuz fast weight loss is just bad. Its unhealthy and it'll come back to bite you.

Join a sports team at your school, and eat healthier. Avoid all the tempting foods. I know it sucks, but... it'll be worth it. Don't worry about how much you lose in a month or something, cuz it'll eventually go away.

Exercise is a DEFINITE YES. Not only will you shed all the extra "fat", you'll tone up and all your muscle will look tight.

Losing weight is a gradual thing, so don't worry about it. Just stay committed and all will fall into place in the end.

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), weight training a few days a week but never work on the same muscle group two days in a row (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy.

It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.

Details such as my experience, meals, recipes, foods to buy, reading labels, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog.

i weighted 167 when i was younger and then i started doing tons of laps in the pool and running..
now i weight 125. it didn't take very long to start losing you just have to stay on a plan.. and watch what you eat. specially around your period time.
