If the choices I had were these two, I would choose
Hillary Clinton.
Don't get me wrong.
I like Obama. He's a smart and charismatic person
who has the incredible ability to convey his message
to his audience. It's just that I don't think he's got the
experience nor the backround to be a world class
leader.Sure, he can surround himself with top notch
advisers and have the best information and research
available at his disposal, but in the end, he'll be res-
ponsible for making the decisions. If I vote for him,
I want him to make the decisions, not someone I don't
know, ala Reagan.
Hillary Clinton is a more seasoned individual. She's
been around. Not only as a former First Lady, but as
a senator from New York, beating out Gulliani in that
race. She's also a very talented person in her own
right. Did you know that eventho she's tone deaf and
can't sing a lick in key, she did manage to capture
a Gramy Award for her work on children's spoken
recorded stories?
How about her composure she demostrated to the
world when her husband, the then President Bill Clinton,
was making an *** out of himself with the
Monika Lewinski scandel? Not only did he embarress
himself, but embarressd her as well.
I'll never forget how poised she was and stood by her
man in public. I'm sure she was extremly hurt by it all
and that she did have something to say to him in
private, but she never showed it in public.
Not only has she demostrated to me that she's a compassionate person, but she can be tough as nails
as well.
In a way, I want both of them to win.
Obarrack, if he wins, will be the first African-American
to be President ever. With Opra's help, maybe he will
be. If that comes to pass, one of Martin Luther King's
dreams will have been fulfilled.
If Hillary wins, she'll be the first woman to be elected
President. She will be fulfilling Susan B. Anthony's
dream of so long ago.
Anyway you look at it, you are poised to make history
happen this coming election.
Vote your conscience as you must, but please, choose
wisely. You'll never, ever have an opportunity such as
this again!
I was born and raised a Catholic.
I don't believe in organized religion, but I do believe
in Jesus, The Christ.
Thank you for asking that question and giving me an
opportunity search my soul and personal feelings on
this.
May you be well and fare well in all your journeys.

It is probably a poor decision- but I would go for Obama.
I realize how little experince he has, and how little I really know about him (or Hilary) but I guess he is good in front of the cammeras because I feel more secure with him than I do with Hilary.
I am an antagonist
.... NOTE: I fully intend to vote with more knowedge than I have now. I think we have so little to base it on right now- everybody is still playing it so safe. I think I won't know really until the numbers get narrowed down.

I would choose Hillary. I am not a Buddhist, but I hold a lot of the same beliefs they do. I don't really have a religion because to me religion is just a set of rules used to control others.

If those were the only options I'd pick to emigrate to Australia...
Obama is so untrustworthy as to be terrifying, to anyone who has paid attention to him since he was elected as Senator. And I DON'T mean anything associated with his religious beliefs.
Clinton, well... I just don't think she's suited for the job. The time may not be right for a woman President, but even if it is time, I don't think she's the person.

Obama has no experience in world affairs at all and seems to think he can learn as he goes,,,,sorry,,,not in this day and age.......He does not do his homework. He has said a lot of downright stupid things lately. Let's bomb our allies...starting with Pakistan? He's an idiot.
Hillary? I just about disagree with everything she stands for, but I honestly think she has the desire to make this country the best it can be..and she is more up to date in her knowledge than Obama...she has the whole picture and knows you can not pull out of Iraq immediately..
I'm sorry,,,,I just can't do it to our country...I'm gong to write in my dog Solo for President if this is my choice. I'm also going to lay in a whole bunch of sleeping pills , cause I know I will not sleep well for the next 4-8 years....I'm not crazy about any of the Republicans either. May God have mercy on our poor country.
Oh, I am a Southern, Pentecostal, Christian Conservative.

it is a hard choice. i like the politics of Obama better at this point. but (sad as it is and i don't like to admit it) i am unsure of his religious affiliations. he claims membership in the Church of Christ. but was sworn in on the Quran.
I cannot vote for a Muslim when we are in a war with the Muslim world. (we are not calling it that but that is what it is.)
Hillary, i do not like because she is allowing the pollitical race to cloud the issues. and is trying to please as many as possible and dodgeing issues such as Gay Marriage and such. (not to say that Obama is not also doing this)
it is simply too early for me to tell. when the election gets closer. i will review the politicians and look into their senatorial voting records before i make an informed decision.
religious beliefs.
I am Pagan. but i do not vote on religion. i vote on issues. and freedom. in the case of Obama. i vote for what i think is best for our troops. i would not vote for a japanese man if we were in a war with Japan. and i will not vote for a religious person if we are in a war with people of that religion.

Obama. I think the "Clinton machine" would do more harm to this country than Obama. He seems like the lesser of two evils to me.
I have no religion.

I will probably be voting for Obama.
I am Pantheist/Pagan.
And yes, picking between the two is possible in the primaries which are part of real life.
