I already use "Another fun-filled day in paradise", " --- at the happy factory", and " --- at the fun factory." People around me, and me also, are getting tired of these. Any help?

One that sticks out in my mind that someone said was " The world is a $hit hole, but I am doing ok" or "The world is going crazy, but I'm doing good." I can't remember it word for word, but that was pretty much it.

My dad is known for saying "Never better" every time he is asked that.

Doing without, how 'bout you?
Fairways and greens, baby!
I'm doing so good, it's scarey!

I've heard those in just the past 4 hours.

"If I were any happier they'd have to clone me."
"Just living the dream."

I'm about ready to throttle my dad for both those gems. (Every single d@mn time someone asked for the past 26 years)
