No you can't get an anti-depressant without your parents knowing. You need to tell them how you feel. They will listen.

Don't just immediately think you can take a pill and make everything all better. Even with meds you will need to learn the skills to function in this world.
You can't get pills without a doctor visit.
It helps to see a counselor too.
You may also want to try a fitness plan:
Here are some good ideas:
1. Do something that gets your heart rate up a bit like, walking, running, biking, and swimming.
2. Eat Whole, Organic foods like: Broccoli, Cabbage, Organic Brown Rice, Spinach, Sweet Potato, Apples, and other fruits and vegetables in their Natural State.
3. Avoid eating corn, white bread, white rice, candy, sodas, chips, and anything else that you already know you shouldn’t be eating.
4. Drink clean water as your beverage of choice. Avoid Fruit drinks and fruit juices (unless YOU juice them yourself)
5. Stop smoking, drinking beer & wine, and drinking coffee.
6. Get 8 hours of sleep each night.
7. Hang out with people who want to be healthy.
8. Avoid anything with High Fructose Corn Syrup.
Tone up the muscles:
1. Join a gym and get a trainer.
2. If you’re short on cash, start a light stretching & yoga regimen.
3. Do push-ups, and light dumbbell curls for the upper body.
4. As I said above, walk, run, swim, and or bike.
5. Take an aerobics class, a yoga class, or some other fitness class.
6. Join the local YMCA..
Mental Health:
1. Get a friend to talk to each day about your feelings.
2. If you have some money or insurance, get a counselor to talk to.
3. Learn how to meditate.
4. Join a support group for the issue you’re dealing with.
5. Ask your Higher Self (or God) for guidance.
6. Start keeping a diary or journal about your feelings & thoughts.
7. Write a ‘gratitude’ list every night.
8. Do something that makes you happy each day like: listen to your favorite music, draw, paint, write, or anything creative.
9. Do something for someone else who needs help.

You can try to see your doctor for a private consultation. Some doctors won't tell the parents of certain medical (mental & physical) treatments and ailments if you ask them NOT to. After all, in some states, a 15 year old girl can get an abortion with no-one the wiser, if they have the money for the surgery. CALL A TEENAGE HELP-LINE!!! Just take a deep breath, make the call (even from a payphone and use a fake name), Tell them what you just wrote here, and see what they say. They will try to talk you out of your depressive mood. Just tell them you think you need professional help. They have names and numbers of the right people to help you. Sometimes you just have to get it out of them. Good luck and hang in there. No matter bad things seem to you, just remember, there is ALWAYS someone out there that has it worse.

You would need to be evaluated first by a professional and a professional would determine whether you need medication. There is usually an underlying reason for depression and it takes a professional to get down to the root of the problem. I don't believe a doctor can prescribe medication without parental.
Please don't feel embarrassed to tell your parents. There are millions of people that suffer with depression and the earlier you start treating the problem, the better the outcome.

If you research depression on google and internet, you will find there are so many different reason you can be depressed.
Find out what the reason is then you can get cured.
I had depression caused by a series of traumatic events and also nutritional deficiency.
There are many online surveys, (which are anonymous) that you can take to find out more about yourself.
Thats what I did and I feel soooooooo much better, because I dealt with the cause rather than symtoms. I gradually changed my life and am much happier now.

At the age of 15, you can't get any medication without your parents' approval.
I know it's probably embarrassing, but you at least need to find a trusted adult you can talk to if you can't tell your parents. You may not be majorly depressed, but any depressive symptoms can interfere with your life.
And you're not alone in your depression, judging by all the antidepressants on the market. So it's really nothing to be embarrassed about.

There is no way to safely attain antidepressants without consulting a doctor, and even if you could their are many different drug and treatment options which you should not be prescribing for yourself. depression can have different sources both from chemical imbalances to the brain to environmental factors such as traumatic events. exercise is a natural antidepressant, though it may not be enough. your best bet, as it difficult as you say it is, is to find a way to get help, and remember that your condition is a serious health problem that affects 1 in 4 people in north america, and you have no reason to be ashamed, i hope you things work out for you

In my community young people can see someone at our community mental health clinic to speak to a doctor in confidence... they do have to disclose to your parents if you are a danger to yourself... risk of suicide... but you do not indicate anything like that. It is something that is best to deal with in the early stages... you can call your familys doctor too and request to see the doctor on a confidential matter. depression, perhaps... need anti-depressant, perhaps... other issues, perhaps... GOOD LUCK
