I've removed 1 so far and no one noticed. It had made me look ugly and removing it increased my self confidence. the rest of the moles on my face i'd also want to remove, but will people notice when I have a clear face?
How about if I remove 1 at a time, perhaps over the course of a year, so people get accustomed to my face gradually.

I had a mole on my upper lip (protruding kind) and was always being teased about it.
i had it removed couple of years back and I didnt care if anyone notice or not. As long as I feel good about myself.
but make sure you get a recognised beautician to do it for u. gettting an experience person to do it will minimise the scarring. also there are diff methods to remove certain moles. check carefully with your beautician or surgeon.
as far as i know, some external moles (only on surface of skin) can be remove using a chemical. it will dry up the skin and eventually drop off by itself.
another kind is ingrown type means part of it grows into the skin so if you use the chemical to remove it, you will end up having a pockmark/hole scarring.
mine was the ingrown type so i had to go to a plastic surgeon to do a mini incision to get the mole out and sew the skin back to prevent the hole from forming.... afterwhich, he gave me a lotion to apply on it for minimising scarring.

If the removal of one made you feel better, have them all removed right away. This may sound silly, but many people will not be able to figure out what changed (unless you tell them). Be prepared for questions such as "did you lose weight since I last saw you?" or "did you change your hair style?" The best answer to either is "Why yes, thank you" and leave it at that.

people are going to notice. i knew someone who just got one removed and everybody knew! i mean youll prob feel better when theyre gone but yeah people will notice unless ur like a total dork that talks to now one then ude be ok LOL

people will notice eventually but its up to you .....
but yeah u should get em removed one @ a time
