my dog got into some granola and ate it. hes now farting a lot. is he going to be ok? there were also 2 prunes or something in it.

Your dog will be ok.
When dogs are sick they eat grass - just so you know - to make their tummies better - if he/she is doing this then you know he/she is not felling well. Let them eat the grass.
Should the farting problem continue into 2-3 days - then yes consult the dogs vet.

It's not a good thing for the dog to eat but he'll be ok. I'd watch for the runs with the prunes.

He'll be fine, he's just got indigestion. Try holding off on food for 12 hours, or else feed him plain boiled chicken with white rice. You can also try Pepto Bismal, 1mL or 1mg per pound of body weight.
Once the granola goes through his system he'll be just fine, there's nothing toxic in it.

Human food is not good for dogs and cats. It could make them sick.
