It means usually that you will do anything for the person you are with. Like if a guy usually doesnt cook but this girl he really likes ask him too and he does even though he wouldnt do it in the world for anyone else people will say he is sprung. ANd also sprung is like whipped if that helps.

when your so in love with some one that you find your self doing things you said you never do for example calling them every single second asking where there at telling them that you love them and miss them and they only been gone for 10 min. so really its a person who is so in love that there blinded by it so they do stupid things. and its not a GHETTO way of saying your hooked on someone its a sweet way.
