Each and every dog sheds no matter what the breed. Even the ones like Poodles that shed very little do shed to some degree.

All dogs shed some just shed into their coat not on the floor and require lots of brushing and Professional grooming. Mini and Standard Poodles, Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers, Airedale terriers and Standard Schnauzers are all examples.

Most dogs shed even Poodle & Havense the dead hair will come out when you brush them. Some short hair dogs are worse than long, their hair is like little needle getting into everything. You may want a wirehair coated breed of dog. All the best;~)

Poodle, Portuguese Water Dog, Lagotto Romagnolo, Irish Water Spaniel.

If you go for an Oodle, be careful, just because they are crossed with a poodle, doesn't mean they wont shed.

A poodle or poodle mix with poodle type hair. My parents have a poodle springer spaniel mix who is medium sized and sheds next to none. Labs, shepherds, and other dogs of that type shed HORRIBLY. I had a labrador growing up, and you couldn't pet that dog without getting handfulls of hair. I think a standard poodle would be your best bet. They are beautiful, intelligent, loving dogs.

Soft coated Weaton Terrier - minimal shedding. if groomed often nearly no shedding - you would have to get him clipped ( haitr cut though an added expense)

Sorry to break it to you ALL dogs shed - even ones that people sad supposidly do -- its just not very noticable
seriously look into a Weaton Terrier - they don't look like foo foo dogs if your not looking for one & mot I've met have great temperments too !

The only dogs I know that 'don't shed are stuffed animals! or those with no hair.

Standard Poodles are great! I have a website all about them. Check it out. They don't shed or smell and are very intelligent.
