how can I improve my perception?

I really want to know how. I use glasses & it improves my perception ,but how can I make it even better? any suggestions?

Do you mean visual clarity or acuity. If your glasses are up to date, there is not much else you can do.

There is a limit to how well the human eye can see, if your glasses are up to date and you do not have an eye disease, what you see is what you see.
