Hey all,

I recently joined a gym to get fitter anf build some muscle. I don't want muscle's on muscle's, but I'd like to be a little ripped if you know what I mean. Anyway, I'm aware of protein shakes and the like, but I discovered a supplement on Ebay called Anabolic Caps. They contain Leucine, Valine and Isoleucine (whatever they are).
Anyway, would they help in conjuction with training and diet?
The term anabolic frightens me a little, but I'm guessing they are legal.

Thanks.

those are nothing but branch chain amino acids (BCAA's). you can take them before, after during training or at any time of the day. they are metabolized directly by skeletal muscle and can be used to either repair muscle or oxidized for energy depending on the current state of the body.
