my inner thighs look like upside down pears..to me anyway.HELP!

we cant spot reduce body fat so the only way to get rid of fat in any specific areas is by lowering body fat percentage which you achieve by healthy diet and exercise.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), weight training a few days a week but never work on the same muscle group two days in a row (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

You are either born with thigh's that touch or thigh's that don't touch. When I was younger I tried so hard to get my thighs to have that huge gap in between them like one of my friends had and I worked out insanely and everything and I did take all the fat out of my inner thighs but they still touched and it was beyond annoying. I think you're thighs may naturally touch but most guys don't mind when a girl's thighs touch cuz it show's shes muscular. I mean mine don't always touch but if I stand at a certain angle they will. I would do leg lifts with about 40 reps and 5 10 times a day , I'm actually doing them right now, As i'm typing this. Also running will slim down you're whole leg. Berst of luck to you

I can't think of the specific exerciese, but on the Denise Austin Total Body Workout DVD, there is a segment on thighs. It is really fabulous, I can feel it working. Rent it from yout library, or buy it. There is stuff on abs, hips, and butt on there too.
