i cant understand it?

i know that this guy likes me, but today, he told me that he wanted to lose his virginity with another girl, how if we would be just friends! we arent in love but its anything like that... maybe he sees me how a friend or he wanted incite me jealousy...? i dont know

Sounds like he was trying to manipulate you into saying, no buddy I got yea. Not a good charater at all, for that one, but I've been friends with worse, good luck with this guy....
