According to mapquest, it is five and a half hours driving time, 250 miles, (400 km).
http://www.mapquest.com/directions/main.adp?do=nw&go=1&r=f&aoh=&aot=&aof=&2a=&2c=Kimberly&2s=BC&2z=&2n=&2y=CA&2l=%2fp9Nd8lrT%2b03rdbengUTpQ%3d%3d&2g=dzqHtcousHmUK4Dhnt7FCA%3d%3d&2v=CITY&1a=&1c=Nakusp&1s=BC&1z=&1y=CA&1l=wFThM9G007zVvGa1bqlwkw%3d%3d&1g=3Kse3p0iZFyRdEmUvGuuig%3d%3d&1pn=&1pl=&1v=CITY&1ffi=&1ex=&1n=

However, it is my experience that actual driving time tends to be longer, I would allow 7-8 hours, as mapquest does not account for traffic, road conditions, construction and other factors.

(BTW, it's Nuksup and Kimberley)
