Any kind of rodent are able to drink out of bowls, but it is not recommended.
For one, the bowl can be easily dirtied by foreign objects, and if the mice are small enough to fall in and drown...that causes another problem.
I would suggest investing your money in another water dispenser, and either find a better brand then the last one, or be more gentle with it.
A water bowl should only be used as a temporary fix, if used at all.

Yes, your mice can drink from a bowl. You will need to make sure it is not too deep so they cannot drown. You will also need to clean it out every few hours as your mice will kick bedding into it.
It will be fine for a day or two until you can get a new bottle.

You can use a shallow bowl (like a jar lid) in an emergency, but it will get dirty *really* quickly so you'd be better off getting another bottle as soon as you can.
I tried this for a mouse who needed to be in quarantine & she was *constantly* putting food & bedding into her water til I got her a bottle.

It's not a good idea to give them a water dish for mayny reasons. They will either fill it with food or bedding, tip it over, or they could drown in it.

Why not just buy another water bottle from the store for only a dollar and fifty?
