this is a haven for nuts, intellectual deviants, and yes trolls,(remember dont feed the trolls)though i must admit some of their questions do get me cracking up also everyone can post there hatreds annonomously (yea i know thats a typo but im stoned), i mean common its great for once in your life you can truely give your honest opinion on taboo subjects, and the kicker when you leave your puter, you got your argument fix for the day, see i figured it out reason we all stay on here for hours and hours is because quite simply we like to argue, trolls make a dumb statement the rest swim in like sharks, but it is entertaining ,

That high volume aspect of R & S is why I spend most of my YA time here. I also like the psychology, philosophy, family and current events sections, but they move much slower.
I think this sections moves so fast becasue of everyone has a perspective on these kinds of issues. I also think this section is fattened up by many ridiculous questions, but that adds to the fun, if you ask me. Anytime I come here, I can count on a thought provoking questions and a good laugh.

Not true. P/S is always firing questions. Ramjet nor Uncle Wayne make R/S. They are nice to have around and surely will return but nobody makes R/S.

Arts & Humanities > Books & Authors is a very busy section too. I think the sections that have more opinions asked for and received tends to be busier than the ones asking for fact answers.

God has put alot of unbelievers here who need to hear His truth and are not exposed to it any other place.
As a former agnostic, I for one am grateful to the unbelievers here at Yahoo. At least they are open enough to ask questions!

For the human specie the same question remains.
"Is this all there is?"
And man is still looking for an answer to this ominous question.

I think it's probably the second busiest, right behind politics.

It's the most controversial topic.
It takes a lot of argument, rationalizations, and tap dancing to try to convince people that something exists when it doesn't.
